Earl Hebner is an American professional wrestling referee currently signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is best known for his time as senior referee for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 1988 to 2005.  Hebner was also the senior referee for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) from 2005 to 2017, and was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2015. In 2019, Hebner joined AEW as a referee.
